Sourdough breads, lovingly home-baked by Christina Battams. Christina's bread is great fresh, but as it has no preservatives or additives, after a day you can slice and freeze it and it's wonderful for toast. Only pre-ordered bread will be available until further notice.
Bread will be available every second week, Sept 21 - Oct 5, 19, Nov 2, 16, 30 - Dec 14, 28. Standard varieties $5.50 per loaf: * Plain white with Sesame seeds * White with Chia seeds * Multigrain * Wholemeal with sunflower & pumpkin seeds * Light Rye with chia & linseeds * Dark Rye with chia & linseeds * Dark Rye with caraway seeds
Specialty loaves $6.50 per loaf: * Olive bread * Fruit & Nut loaf with Almonds * Fruit Loaf with Apricots
Any pre-orders for the above, needs to emailed by 12noon Wednesday. I can change any of the seed variations to suit individual needs.
